This policy explains how John Zialcita, NMLS #337891, handles information collected on johnzialcita.com. He is a mortgage broker with Loan Factory, Inc., NMLS #320841, and he arranges loans for homes in Hawaii and California.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and limited technical information the site needs in order to run.

• Contact details. If you call, text, or email, we receive what you send, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
• Quote form. The pricing form is a Loan Factory quote widget loaded from loanfactory.com. If you use it, Loan Factory receives what you enter, which can include a property location, a loan scenario, and contact details if you submit them.
• Cookies and analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-9M3HLW882J, which uses cookies to measure visits. The pages also load a Vercel Insights script for hosting analytics. The quote widget may set its own cookies when it loads.

How we use information

We use this information to answer your inquiry, to show a pricing scenario through the quote widget, to operate and protect the site, to understand how the site is used, and to meet licensing and legal duties. We do not use it to sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with Loan Factory, Inc., the mortgage brokerage that provides the quote widget and processes loan files, and with service providers that host the site, measure traffic, or deliver calls, emails, or texts, and only so they can perform those services. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Mortgage applicants

If you apply for a mortgage, nonpublic personal information is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We do not sell that information. We share it with Loan Factory, Inc. and with service providers as needed to take and process an application, and as the law allows.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will verify the request. An authorized agent may submit a request if you give that agent permission. We will not deny a service, or provide a different level of service, because you exercise these rights.

Hawaii

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose you provided it, and for as long as licensing or legal duties require.
